This website is operated by ZAHIR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ZAHIR. By accessing or using this website, including making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our site. 1. Online Store Terms
   By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are acting with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
   You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose and not to violate any local laws, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

2. Products & Pricing
   All products are sold as displayed. We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
   Prices are listed in your local currency (where available) and may change at any time without notice.
   We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, refuse service, or restrict quantities at our discretion.

3. Payments
   We accept major credit cards and selected local payment methods. All payments are processed securely, and your payment data is encrypted. ZAHIR does not store any payment information on our servers.

4. Shipping
   We ship to all GCC countries and selected international destinations.
   Delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
   Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds
   We offer a 100-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your order.
   To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging.
   To start a return, email info@zahirjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
   Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged.
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–4 business days after inspection.

6. Lifetime Warranty
   All ZAHIR pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
   We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. If a product shows a genuine manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
   Each purchase can be claimed under the lifetime warranty once.

What is not covered by the warranty:
– Normal wear and superficial scratches over time
– Discoloration caused by chemicals, sweat, or improper care
– Damage from dropping, impact, or rough handling
– Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged items
– Loose stones caused by accidental damage or force

If you believe your item qualifies for warranty service, email info@zahirjewelry.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will assess the case and assist you with the next steps.
