Returns & Refund Policy
At ZAHIR, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If your piece isn't exactly what you expected, you may return or exchange it within 100 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: – Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. – For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or damaged items.
To start a return or exchange, email info@zahirjewelry.com with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process.
– Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility. – If the item arrived incorrect or damaged, we'll cover the return cost.
Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected: – Refunds are issued within 3–4 business days to your original payment method. – Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 additional business days for funds to appear.
Exchange Process: If you've requested an exchange: – Your replacement will be shipped within 3–4 business days after we receive your return. – Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer. – Tracking details will be shared as soon as your new piece is dispatched.
Order Cancellation: We process orders quickly — most orders are packed and handed to our shipping courier within 30 minutes of being placed, and often on the same day.
Because of this, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee: – Within 24 hours of placing your order: a 10% cancellation fee applies. – After 24 hours: a 15% cancellation fee applies.
Why? Once an order is confirmed, we immediately begin processing. This includes packaging, prepaid shipping costs, warehouse handling, and staffing. In most cases, the parcel has already been handed to the courier — and recalling a shipment comes with additional costs. The cancellation fee helps us cover these expenses.

Return Shipping Costs: – Return and exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer. – We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Promotional Purchases (e.g. Buy 2, Get 1 Free): – Free promotional items are non-refundable but may be exchanged. – If you return one or more purchased items but keep the free item, its retail value will be deducted from your refund. – To receive a full refund for a promotional bundle, all items – including the free one – must be returned in original condition.
Example: You bought two rings and received a free bracelet. If you return one ring but keep the bracelet, the bracelet's retail price will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items: – Earrings – Custom or engraved jewelry – Items marked as "Final Sale"
