At ZAHIR, we offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
We aim to deliver your jewelry quickly and securely, wherever you are.

Below you’ll find all details about delivery times, tracking, and customs.

Shipping Times & Tracking
We ship to all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including:
– Saudi Arabia
– United Arab Emirates
– Kuwait
– Qatar
– Bahrain
– Oman

Estimated delivery time:
– GCC countries: 6–10 business days
– Other international destinations: 7–14 business days

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
– We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no hidden fees at checkout.
– You’ll never pay a shipping charge, no matter where you live in the GCC.

Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
– We do not collect VAT, import taxes, or customs duties at checkout.
– These fees may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
– ZAHIR is not responsible for any additional customs charges.

Tip: If you’re unsure about possible import costs, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Address Accuracy & Ownership
Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@zahirjewelry.com — we’ll try to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

ZAHIR is not responsible for:
– Delays caused by customs or courier services
– Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
– Items damaged or stolen during transit

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date at info@zahirjewelry.com.
After 30 days, courier data may no longer be available for investigation.
We’ll always do our best to find a fair and quick solution.
